I struggle with the following issues Bipolar type 3, borderline personality disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, OCD traits and all of this comes with Suicide ideation and self-harm. I also have a addiction to spending money and sugar. My background is I have over 15 years as a mental health facilitator leading support groups for NAMI in San Diego California as well as NAMI Piedmont Tri County in Rock Hill South Carolina. I have also worked on NYC Well based out of New York City which is a peer run warmline texting and chat crisis line. I will treat everyone I help with respect and meet you where you are.
